We’re Umi & Bill—partners in life, business, and BIG dreams. Alongside our two daughters, Mia and Kira, we’ve built a life around what we love most: travel, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Our journey into short-term rentals began in 2018 when we took a leap of faith and purchased The Crest Beach House in Wildwood Crest, NJ— without ever stepping foot inside an Airbnb before! That leap quickly turned into a passion, and by 2021, we found ourselves deep in the mountains, purchasing The Catskills Mountain House, a cozy romantic retreat for those seeking to escape and reconnect.
But for us, hosting has always been more than just making money. It’s about the people—the connections made, the memories created, and the joy of providing a space where guests feel at home. We bought both of our properties with our daughters in mind, dreaming of the experiences they’d have growing up. And when we’re not there enjoying them ourselves, we love sharing these special places with others.
