For DIY and Pro Setup services- Yes! Since your website is all about you and your brand, we’ll need things like written content, property details, and photos. Don’t worry—we’ll give you an easy to follow workbook to guide you through what’s needed and make it as easy as possible.

We only offer website edits for past clients, so if we built your site, we’ve got you! Note that after the website has launched revisions are based on a per hour rate or flat fee. Otherwise, our packages are for full website designs only.

Yes! While our setup service includes training, we offer additional one-on-one support for up to 12 months if needed at an additional cost.

No sneaky surprises here- we like to be fully transparent! The pricing you see in your agreement covers all the design work and any additional fees. To get your website live, you’ll need to pay for a Wix hosting (billed annually) and purchase your domain (your website’s URL). If you’re setting up a direct booking site, you’ll also need a PMS like OwnerRez to manage bookings. You can check out their monthly pricing here.

Yep! We totally get that investing in your brand is a big step, so we offer flexible payment options to make it work for you. Typically 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to launching or handing over all the logo files.
