What platform do you build websites on?We design all our websites on Wix because it’s super user-friendly, easy to update, and gives you full control without needing a tech degree. No coding, no stress—just a beautiful site that works for you!

How long does the branding and website design process take?It depends on your package, but done for you websites typically take 4-6 weeks and branding 2-3 weeks. If you’re going the DIY route with a template purchase, you could be up and running in just a few days!

Do I need to provide content for my website?For the Signature Package content for up to 5 pages is included. We will make sure that your copy is on brand and speaks directly to your target audience in your businesses tone of voice! For DIY and Pro Setup services- Yes! Since your website is all about you and your brand, we’ll need things like written content, property details, and photos. Don’t worry—we’ll give you an easy to follow workbook to guide you through what’s needed and make it as easy as possible.

I just need small updates on my current website. Can you help?We only offer website edits for past clients, so if we built your site, we’ve got you! Note that after the website has launched revisions are based on a per hour rate or flat fee. Otherwise, our packages are for full website designs only.

Are there any additional fees?No sneaky surprises here- we like to be fully transparent! The pricing you see in your agreement covers all the design work and any additional fees. To get your website live, you’ll need to pay for a Wix hosting (billed annually) and purchase your domain (your website’s URL). If you’re setting up a direct booking site, you’ll also need a PMS like OwnerRez to manage bookings. You can check out their monthly pricing here.

Do you offer payment plans?Yep! We totally get that investing in your brand is a big step, so we offer flexible payment options to make it work for you. Typically 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to launching or handing over all the logo files.

The first step is to fill out our questionnaire here and then we'll reach out to book a free consultation so we can chat about your goals and get all the details. Once we decide we're a great fit, we’ll get you a design contract and once 50% has been paid we'll put your project on the schedule and send over the onboarding details.
